Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select the desired shipping method that best suits your needs.

  3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to select destinations. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or issues.

  4. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

  5. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your package.

  6. International Shipping: We are only shipping only within USA at the moment.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Return Process:

    a. Initiate Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

    b. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

    c. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the package. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges:

    a. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    b. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or due to their nature. These may include but are not limited to personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate apparel. Please contact our customer support team for clarification if you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

  6. Return Shipping Address: Please contact our customer support team for the appropriate return shipping address. Do not return any items without obtaining the return authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address from our team. Returns sent to the wrong address or without an RA number may experience delays in processing or may not be eligible for a refund.

  7. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item). We recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage during transit.

  8. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

  9. Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and is valid for a specified period as indicated at the time of issuance.
